Damaged or Incorrect Items

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is confirmed to be due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
